oh man, next time i'm RUNNING miles 19-24 with you! or maybe just mile 23. what did you do there, visit an exhibit?! :)

4:17 sounds good to me in some pretty humid weather. I got a 7:30 a.m. phone call giving me a status report!

My peeps are everywhere.
:)

Well DONE!

That's a nice time for a race with two of the three dreaded Hs, Hot and Humid (lacking only Hilly). H&H always send me north of 4:30 (Chicago "Fun Run" 2007) so congratulations. I'm sure the memory will grow on you. Your elevens were all in that roadway wasteland after Animal Kingdom and before MGM where it's hard to maintain focus. I can't wait for your report.

4:17 isn't at all goofy. Congrats! I agree with Peter. The memory will grow on you.

My "Chicago Fun" Run was/is disappointing, but as time passes I feel a little better about it.

You went above and beyond to run the extra .4 miles!

Get some rest!

You weren't the only one struggling on the back half. It's a wilderness out there, and I don't mean Animal Kingdom.

Congrats on doing so well in a hot and humid race. It looks like you said, "Hiya!" to The Wall at Mile 18. But you persevered and ran those last miles faster than the previous ones. So all in all, a very solid run! Can't wait to read the race report.

Great job Richie! You were rocking through mile 17, and then you were still faster than me.

When is the next race?

Those are great splits, especially in the early miles when it can be gridlock on those dark service roads. Nice work!

So was it fun?

Looks like things started to slip around the half-way point. Been there, amigo.

So... how about El Scorcho '08????
