Obama!

I can't let this day pass without posting something, even if this is a running blog, and I've barely been making it lately as a weekend-warrior-runner.

Much more than my running, I can't wait for America to get back on track. It's time to reverse course and make it better for the generation behind us.

"Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations."
- President Barack H. Obama

It is a great day. And many to come, full of rainbows and unicorns.

How are ya Richie?

Agreed. It was a great day. And it's great to hear from you, running or not.

Runner Susan is a little tipsy with enthusiasm. The reality is we have someone in office who perceives reality. That's a major improvement.

I think there might be a little bit of Texas sarcasm in this string somewhere. The One is certainly an inspirational and motivational speaker, a considerate, reflective and unflappable man who evidently has thought out a plan and believes in history and equity. What a contrast! We hope he can give our children their future back.

Amen, brotha! I wish I could have been back in DC for the inauguration. Tell us more about what's going on with you. I finally jump-started a new blog to get me back in touch with the RBF'ers. Pls check it out. Thankee.

Hi Rich - Bex is still here (in spirit), but I thought I'd just go by my real name. Much simpler.
