Who else is in? I know Super Dave is in. Susan isn't in (yet) but her sister Amy is. Anyway, I'm not in in yet, not until the lottery drawing. 170,000 entries and counting for less than 38,000 spots. Join the madness! Last day to sign up is June 1. C'mon people!

Good luck with the lottery! I ran NY in 2001, six weeks or soafter 9/11. It was an incredible marathon.
You know... El Scorcho 25K would be a good training run for NY....
I'm in the lottery - Amy & I both are. When do we find out?
If you get in New York, you won't regret a moment of it (once you actually get past the last 8 miles of running of course). Bridges, crowds, support, excitment, joy. There's nothing like it!
woo hoo - good for you! best of luck in the lottery. And if you get in, I'll look forward to sharing training stories. Maybe I'll even see you there!
I ran it in 2004, and yes, it's awesome. The start, especially - on top of that bridge with the half dozen helicopters circling above you, and the boats shooting water into the air below you, is one of the most memorable and wonderful experiences of my life.
We won't PR I expect but we'll have some fun.
Here's hoping we get in.
I had to click through to see who Super Dave is. Oh.
good luck...i hope you get in so i get to take another train ride and get to write about it! it's all fodder for the blog...
:)
WOW Good luck!
I am pullin for ya!
