I consider myself an "advanced beginner" runner. I started running in the summer of 2002 ... 5Ks, a couple of 10Ks, then a half in 2004. In 2005, I did my first marathon - San Diego RNR. I personalized my running bib to say "Just 1 2 Finish", figuring it would set the right expectation and also embarrass the heck out of me if I quit during the race (like anyone's really reading these bibs?). Nevertheless, it worked.

That clip's really funny.
Funny indeed. Miss Running Bragger needs to get slapped around a little though.

The first time I ran--I ran up to the end of the block and walked back. I told people at work the next day too. A true friend said, Is that all?
I have seen that clip before and it was even funnier the second time! Definitely a good one!
